REMEMBERANCE DAY - BATH UKIP

The Sun shone down on the large turnout of young and old at the City War Memorial, though our Mayor was about ten minutes late!  The Act of Remembrance and the two minutes' silence went well before the laying of wreaths, including those by the Police and  Fire services, St John Ambulance, and the Red cross.  Maxine Rawson laid the wreath on behalf of UKIP Bath.  She was accompanied by fellow-member David Edwards.

The Organiser said  that the Royal mail usually sent an older person in his postal uniform, but today there was no representative from our Royal Mail.

Interestingly I noticed there were no other political party wreaths;  even when I walked by later there were none there
